ZUNAAR Exchange & Return Policy

 

At ZUNAAR, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Below are the details of our exchange policy:

 

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, with original tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Shipping Costs for Exchange

  • If the product is damaged or not as described, the company will bear the shipping costs.

Exchange Process

  • Once the exchange request is approved, the process will take 7-10 business days to complete.
  • If the exchange item is out of stock, customers can choose to:

  • Receive a refund, processed within 15 days.

 

Returning the Item

  • For defective or incorrect items, ZUNAAR will arrange a pickup from your doorstep.
  • For exchanges due to customer preference, items can be dropped off at a prescribed location provided by ZUNAAR.

 

Refund Policy

Customers can request a refund if:

  • The exchange item is out of stock.
  • The exchange process took more than 10 business days.
